Rochester, NY:

The Rochester Junior Americans have a long history of helping players make it in to the great college hockey programs that this nation has to offer; this year is no different.

The Junior Americans are proud to announce that 2015-2016 Premier Team Players Defenseman Sean Hallice '95 & Defenseman Cody Antonini '95 have committed to play at Nazareth College for the Golden Flyers in 2016-2017.

Both young men are tremendous players that will add great value to the Golden Flyers lines going forward.

Cody Antonini 5'10" 180 lbs has  racked up 11 points this year including 9 assists, all while playing solid defense.
Originally from Caledonia MI, Cody grew up playing travel hockey for the Kentwood Falcons in Kentwood, MI. He played freshman and sophomore year of high school for East Kentwood High Schools Varsity team. Junior and Senior year he played AAA for the Michigan Nationals Midget Major team. Last year he played for the Fort Frances Lakers in the SIJHL before finding a home here with the Rochester Junior Americans of the USPHL.

Cody has been a captain or alternate captain for every team he has ever played for, and this year is no different as he is an alternate captain for the Junior Americans 2015-2016 Campaign!

Sean Hallice a Defenseman from Worchester, MA also been a force on the ice as well this year racking up 2 goals, and 8 assists. At 6'2 195lbs he grew up playing travel hockey for the Minuteman Flames. Sean continued playing for two years at the Winchendon School and then spent two years play for the Islanders Hockey Club and Shrewsbury High. Last year he spent time with the New England Wolves of the EHL  before finding his home here with the Rochester Junior Americans.

Both of these players are tremendous players and great young men. The Junior Americans will be sad to lose them but we know we will see big things from them in the years to come at Nazareth College!
